IDA Développement reserves the right to close a Client or Prospect file in which no administrative action has been taken for a consecutive period of at least three (3) years. In the event a file is closed, the personal information it contains will be destroyed or anonymized seven (7) years after the file’s closure date.

Access to personal information in your file is strictly limited to authorized personnel who require it to perform their duties. Your personal data may also be disclosed to government authorities or other authorized parties as permitted by applicable laws, both in Canada and abroad.
Except for cookies and other tracking tools, IDA Développement does not collect personal information during general browsing of the site. Non-personal data—such as domain and IP address, browser type, and operating system—is automatically collected for statistical purposes to improve the website continuously.
Rest assured, your personal information is never shared with third parties for marketing or solicitation purposes on their behalf.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Sharing information with subcontractors providing support services (e.g., customer service) is permitted. All other use cases exclude the sender's messaging opt-in and consent data; this data will not be shared with any third party.
